twenty nine

Tummy time!! Piper loves her new "tummy time" toy from Aunt Jess. We are having a lot of fun with it :)

Twenty eight

Hallie is a little gym rat :) She is there 4 hours a week (and another one for cheerleading) When she is home she just keeps asking if it is her gymnastics day. This is her on the double mini trampoline. She will be competing in this event at her first meet.

*If anyone knows what lens or settings I should be using to take pictures of her MOVING, through glass, in pretty low light please let me know... I can't get a decent one.

More snow... more fun! My girls LOVE the snow! Reese even went out all by herself to play.

Piper's two month check up...

She is 13lb 12oz (97%) and 23" long (70%). I can't believe how big she is getting!! {and so fast} Dr. Waymire said she is doing great and healthy as can be! She also got 3 shots and an oral vaccine :( She did pretty good with it, just made her really congested. She goes back at 4months.

This picture hangs on our fridge and I look at it everyday! It makes me smile. I think it is my favorite "artwork" of Hallie's. The yellow box is Wall-E's home. That is Wall-E to the right of it, with his cockroach friend & Eva is up above flying. I love her creativity :)

Reese is doing a great job potty training! She is getting there!!! {I registered her for preschool this week!! She is such a big girl!}

Happy TWO MONTHS, Piper! (a day late) She is growing so much! We love her to pieces :)

Today we were tuned into the inauguration all day. It's official, Barack Obama is our new president. I am very excited for the change!

Nineteen

Today was spent out of the house... we ran errands and ended by playing at Parker and Owie's house. It is nice to visit with Lori while the kids have fun with all the toys! {Photo by Hallie}

Sunday was lazy as usual.... lots of napping with Daddy.

Levi and Hallie are the best of friends!! They could have played outside all day... but they were ready for hot cocoa!!

After a long day of waiting... Aunt Jess came to visit! (so did Becky, Jake and Levi) Hallie was so excited to see everyone and have a slumber party.

Piper is just starting to enjoy her toys. She laughs and gives you that big open mouth smile when you talk to her. She is also just starting to "coo". She is growing so much!!

Today I SCRAPPED!!! I haven't since September... I needed this! I hope I can fit it in more! This layout is for "The Story Matters" (challenge is: I struggle...)

Ryan took Hallie & Reese to play outside, while I took Piper to go grocery shopping. {Have I mentioned I hate grocery shopping??}

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! When Ryan got done snow blowing Hallie & Reese played with him... they love the snow!

This was a do nothing day. Doesn't Reese's hair look cute?? My little curly sue number two!

Today is one of those housework, play, fly-by days! My girls could play McDonald's Drive-Thru all day long! {I think they get it from their mother!!}

Today the girls spent the whole morning playing with Bentley. He was in heaven with all the love and attention.

We are back in the swing of things. It was nice to have winter break... but just as nice getting back into our routines.

Today is the day.... DAY ONE of my DIET!! Time to trim up for our vacation {May} and my 10 year class reunion {June}!

Today we packed up and said "Farewell" to Christmas. Tears were rolling as Hallie packed up her elves.... they are back up in her room. She isn't ready to say goodbye quite yet.

Date night!! This was our first in...hmmmm, can't remember the last one! We went to see Marley & Me... LOVED it!!!

A shopping day with my mom is always a fun day! Today Mom, Piper, and I ventured up to Williamsburg. Thanks mom!

Project {365}

Here we are... the beginning of a new year and new beginnings. I have decided to join in with Becky Higgins for the challenge and create a Project {365} scrapbook. If you would like to join along check out the CK kit of the month site. (there were some ordering problems, but they are hoping to get more in)

I created this blog to share with you our entire year! I am really excited about it. I am going to post ONE picture and 1-3 sentences about our day. I will try to capture the entire day in one photograph. It will be fun looking back over time!! As always, I love your comments, so please share your thoughts with us.
